What you need to know
Basic general rules for accommodation with pets
- Only one pet per room is allowed.
- A fee of 15.00€ will be applied on the first night of stay for maintenance and an extra charge of 5.00€ per additional night of stay.
- When entering or leaving the hotel premises, you must keep your pet on a short leash.
- There are no specific areas within the hotel premises for your pet to relieve themselves, so taking a walk around the hotel surroundings will solve the issue; just remember to pick up after them.
- As the owner of the animal, you must keep it in proper hygienic conditions. You will also be responsible for any damages caused by your pet to third parties and/or hotel furniture.
- Please note that the room will not be cleaned while the pet is inside.
- Your pet is strictly prohibited from entering common areas such as the bar-café, restaurant, pools, buffet, etc.
- Please do not allow your pet to climb on chairs or the bed.
- Do not bathe your pet in the room showers or use our towels to dry them.
- All pet owners must leave a contact phone number at the hotel reception to be reachable at all times during your absence, in case the animal is left alone in the room and causes disturbances to other guests.
- The cost of damages caused by your pet during the stay will be charged to your bill.
- Hotel Flamingo reserves the right to refuse pets that cause disturbances to other guests or have inappropriate behavior during the stay.
- All pets staying at Hotel Flamingo must have all permits and vaccinations up to date.
